Theres nothing cuter than boots, a long sleeve t-shirt and an amazing scarf. Problem is... They don't come pre-fabulous and ready for neck wear like we all wish. They just come long and hanging. Boring wrapped in a pretty print. Well, class is in session!! Let's learn to turn that "drab to fab" like the cliche says.
