Things Needed:
- saran wrap
- firming lotion or tightening lotion
- bengay or some type of muscle rub
- corset or some type of waist retainer to help hold everything in and together
Directions:
1. Cleanse area that you may want wrapped (stomach isn't the only place you can wrap). Do not apply any scented lotions or things that have other ingredients for it may interfere with results. Pat dry or allow to air dry so that pores may be open.
2. Mix firming lotion and muscle rub together in the palm of your hands.
3. Apply mixture to stomach and any other desired areas. Do not rub mixture completely in. (for better results do not wrap everything at once so a couple together and the rest a couple of hours or days afterward) *personal decision*
4. Take saran wrap and wrap the area that has the mixture. Wrap tight enough so that it will hold but, loose enough so that you are still able to breath comfortably.
5. Optional: Take a corset of waist clincher or your choose and wear for 45 min-4 hours.
6. Inches will be lost due to the component in the muscle rub.
